At Jo Mercer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Carefully package your items in the original shoebox and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to drop your parcel at any post office.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
